Randall Orser is the Founder of Number Crunchers® and the creator of the Full-Circle Numbers Happiness System™ — a proven framework that helps creative entrepreneurs gain financial clarity and build profitable, scalable businesses.
With over 25 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, and advisory, Randall has helped hundreds of Canadian small business owners get their financial house in order. But he doesn’t stop at compliance — his mission is to simplify financial management and empower clients to make better decisions using real, actionable data.
Randall is also the author of The Full-Circle Solution: Conquering the Paperwork That Threatens Your Business, a story-driven guide that follows creative entrepreneur Claire Thompson through the ups and downs of business ownership. The book introduces readers to Randall’s proprietary system and shows how small changes in financial management can create big results.
